Sunshine Delight: Seaview ~ Pool ~ Gym ~ Balcony

Positive: Location was great. Views. Spacious. Washing machine & dryer were very handy. Easy access for key. Negative: The beds didn’t have mattress protectors or fitted sheets. I could see the mattress through the sheet, looked cheap. The tv remote was missing & I reached out for help but no reply. The extractor fan over the stove not working. It’s quite loud with pipe noises from neighbours. Just a few details that need attention to bring the place up to scratch.

Handy city location with great view. Comfortable apartment. Positive: Great views across the city & beyond. Good place to watch the sunset. On the 17th floor. Pool was good after walking around all day. Well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms had its own bathroom. TV has all the streaming services. Comfortable stay. Negative: The smaller bedroom with no view had noisey plumbing in the wall. Sometimes it sounded like rocks in the pipes. I think it’s the plumbing from the apartment above. It needs some sort of sound proofing.

Overall it was an excellent apartment in an excellent location Positive: loved the spaciousness of the place, ensuite bathrooms and views of the harbour. Close to everything. Right in town Negative: the wardrobe drawers hadnt been cleaned. They had bits in them and there was dust in the wardrobe

Overall a great stay in a modern apartment close to amenities and the esplanade Positive: Great views of the ocean. Very handy to Mall, Cole’s and Woolworths. Cole’s to cafes and restaurants, all walking distance. Five minute walk to Crocodylus Cove. Apartment is very comfortable and has every thing you need. Negative: There was a funny noise that sometimes woke you up, coming from the ceiling, Pio Sibley the water/sewerage pipes.
