Coastal Splendor: Seaview ~ Pool ~ Balcony Dining

My stay was enjoyable and I will be checking its availability if and when I return to Darwin. Positive: The apartment was large and comfortable. The hot water was almost instant. A desk was provided which was a plus. The view of the harbour and Esplanade was amazing. Very convenient to supermarkets and public transport. Negative: For a senior person (like me) the shower being in a bath was a bit tricky to get in and out of.

Absolutely love Darwin at this time of the year but Zen were dissappointing Positive: The position on The Esplanade was terrific, but the building is soulless, I don’t know whats going on but it seems to have multiple operators Negative: It is tired,and the cleaning is not up to scratch, had a leaking tap for the whole 14 days,. There was no room servicing and for the money you would think that they wood at least do it weekly.. I think it is actually an Airbnb but managed by Zen. They need to talk to the owners and get them to put some of my money towards a full refurb.
