Excellent communication with the lovely team at Zen and very enjoyable stay. Positive: View, good location but a little noisy with Highway 1 right outside the entrance. Comfortable bed and good facilities eg BBQ etc. Used both the pool and the gym, both were adequate, if a little cold. Negative: Noise

It was good Positive: Not good. The code opens the box and supplies you with a swipe card but no information on where the mechanism to use it with is.

Brilliant comms, clean, accomodating & welcoming Positive: We loved how easy the collection of the keys were and how onto the messages the team were. Our card stopped working but we messages the team and it was sorted within the hour of the message! Negative: Nothing, everything was smooth!

Met our needs, value for money. Thank you Positive: Great air con, comfy apartment Negative: We couldn’t lock the deck doors, the gym was pretty dirty. A neighbour left an anonymous passive aggressive note regarding parking because we were on the line. We felt this probably wasn’t necessary.

Good quality place to stay if location is not the main consideration Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. The view was great, and it was very spacious. Negative: The location is not as central as other locations, and it is a walk to get to any place for tourist activities or food. The pool area is very basic, no chairs around the pool and not very inviting.
