Reef-side Splendor: City Vistas ~ Pool ~ Workspace

Well-equipped apartment but I wouldn’t stay again Positive: Nicely furnished apartment with nice balcony and well-equipped kitchen and laundry, it had everything we needed. Negative: Unfortunately first impressions weren’t great as you arrive and the curtains are drawn and they are hanging off the hooks in places, see the photo. I’ll never understand why hosts don’t fix simple things like this as it does make a place look rather shabby. The view from the 9th floor is OK with some water but mostly onto a car park. I included a photo just so people could see what they be would getting. Finally I must admit the hosts seem very focused on money. As soon as I booked I got a message saying I hadn’t paid. When I messaged to say I didn’t think payment was due till one month before they didn’t bother replying and just took the money.

Great apartment in central CBD location with secure parking. Had all we needed - clean, well appointed kitchen & laundry facilities. Use of the hotel pool & gym facilities is a bonus. Would happily stay again.

Very pleasant Positive: Location and unit amenities Negative: all good

Positive: Beds were extremely comfortable. Aircon fabulous especially given how hot it was when we visited. Negative: Despite paying in full at time of booking, my credit card details were used weeks later where over $1,000 extra for the accommodation was charged. They did refund me when I noticed them but concerning that it happened and just lucky I noticed it!

Comfortable luxurious stay Positive: Spacious apartment, clean, well furnished, kitchen stocked well with utensils needed for cooking. Excellent location, heart of the city, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
