A very well appointed 3 bed apartment in The most convenient location Positive: This property is perfectly located, easy walk to the waterfront and Darwin city, even on the most humid days. It’s a nice apartment with a great view. One thing we found so helpful was having really comprehensive kitchen and laundry facilities - sometimes you stay at a place that says it has a kitchen and there are maybe four cups and a blunt knife. This place has everything to make day-to- day chores during your stay easy; yes washer/dryer, but also clothes horse and heaps of detergent and a washing basket. Yes a dishwasher and oven, but also salt and pepper, sharp knives, a sandwich press, a coffee maker, etc. When travelling with a family it’s so helpful to have this level of fit-out so you can easily do all the boring stuff at home (no hours wasted in the laundromat) or save money (not eating out for 3 meals per day). Negative: Really nothing that rates a mention … the allocated car park is very tight but we were in a large 4WD and I also appreciated that parking is included with room hire.

Great value for money. Positive: The apartment was fantastic - location, facility and cleanliness. Could not have asked for better. Negative: Different codes received for key collection created some confusion, however the hosts were able to address this as soon as I contacted them by phone.
