Positive: Would highly recommend this apartment . So close to the waterfront and restaurants. Very comfortable bedding and furnishings. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Would've looked a BBQ. Negative: No BBQ Many emails before arrival meant we missed the one about how to access the building. Was very annoyed, unable to get in. Once we discovered the right email it was much easier

Positive: The location was fantastic Negative: The amount of email messages from zen group was bombarded me with and it was so hard to find the email that had a link with the information we needed One email is enough and you should not have to search links to find where to park and pick up the key we spent 2.30 hours walk up and down trying to find how to get into it , if it was not for the security man that helped us and went out of his way to find the lock box after many phone calls that he made we would still be walking up and down We rang the phone number over and over to no avail ,no one picked up and no out of hours number It was after 9pm before we got into the unit it must be made easier it is ok for you ,because you no where things are we did not One email with the information we need is enough to send and no one wants to spent an hour looking at all the emails and checking all the links, which every time there was a link it gave a warning not to get scammed so I tend NOT to open thing like that ,make it easier and answer the dam phone However we were pleasant surprised with the unit but that night was a right off
