Best access to all Darwin and views. Positive: Love the location and views. spacious apartment with full kitchen, laundry, comfy lounge and dining furniture. Cleaning and washing products provided and pegs. cushions on north patio chairs. Beds comfy, spacious wardrobes. Able to have a fresh sea breeze most days with 2 balcony doors, saves using the air con. Pool towels for the level 6 pool. Large TV in lounge, smaller TVs in the bedrooms. Best location for access to waterfront, CBD eateries, supermarkets, buses and esplanade. Good hot water and pressure in showers. Negative: Very little. Non stick frypans worn out and only metal eggflip available.

Understand this is for logistics for room cleaning however did feel a bit over the top.

A great convenient stay in the city. Positive: Great apartment with sweeping views from 26th floor. Very well set up for 2 couples. Located in the Oaks hotel with use of their facilities and restaurant. Negative: The shower design allows water to spill over into the bathroom. Very wet ! The stairs to the bedrooms may be difficult for older people.
