Be happy to stay again and would recommend. Positive: Location, clean, nice big rooms. Negative: No exhaust fan in bathroom. Low hanging branches on back steps needed trimming.

The property was situated perfectly for us as our relatives live at Milliner only a few minutes away. The unit itself was cosy and comfortable and suited our needs. The unit looked to be recently renovated

Convenient location. Building requires some repairspoutside, most residents appeared to be long ter Positive: Convenient location near foreshore and shopping. Good size apartment. Negative: The apartment complex was old and in need of some repairs. No designated parking. Kitchen utensils were lacking, there was only one small saucepan which had rust. Requested a couple of new saucepans but only one small one was provided. Appears that kitchen cupboards had not been checked for sometime.

This was a good basic level property. Had everything one could need and was recently renovated. Positive: Location was good for us - close to family, but other travellers might find it a bit far from the main Darwin attractions. Had everything we needed re amenities and being recently renovated was all clean and up-to-date. Negative: Lighting to access the stairs and key box at the rear of the property. Tricky in the dark. All the basics were there but the couch has seen better days - was comfortable though.
