Positive: Good location and a spacious apartment. Negative: There were ants and cockroaches in the apartment, so improved pest control is needed both indoors and outdoors. We also noticed a lot of lizards on the glass screen above the entrance door at night. The tree near the stairs outside the apartment could use some trimming.
