Zen Marina: Bayview ~ Balcony ~ Executive Suite

Not Executive Luxury - more like for the budget conscious. Positive: Location was great. Negative: Level of Luxury did not meet our expectations from the description. Apartment had few items that need maintenance (Sliding door, hole in wall beside air-conditioner in bedroom, kettle was cheap and filthy, Tv antenna signal was weak, Fridge smelt fishy). All round presentation was not up to as described - far from Executive Luxury - more like average for the budget conscious.

Positive: The location, easy access to the ferry Negative: The location lacked amenities, ATM, convenience store for bread or milk. Property had significant works being undertaken so very noisy the apartment was very tired well overdue for some much needed TLC

Positive: Great location, tidy apartment, great response to questions from hosts. Negative: Unfortunately renovations spoilt barbecue and pool facilities.

Great location, relaxed atmosphere, short walk to see the sunsets at Cullen Bay

Good location and comfortable facilities. Positive: Convenient location. Negative: Poor signage when we arrived. They need to be told about this. The sign on the property is different to the Zen branding. Very confusing when you are arriving at 1am from a flight.
