Positive: The location, easy access to the ferry Negative: The location lacked amenities, ATM, convenience store for bread or milk. Property had significant works being undertaken so very noisy the apartment was very tired well overdue for some much needed TLC

Good location and comfortable facilities. Positive: Convenient location. Negative: Poor signage when we arrived. They need to be told about this. The sign on the property is different to the Zen branding. Very confusing when you are arriving at 1am from a flight.

So much potential Positive: Great view and convenient location. Comfortable bed. Negative: A few things didn't work - Internet, fan and couldn't turn a light off. Quite a few things needed repair. The apartment has such potential but it needs all these small things repaired.
