Was a nice view but overall wouldn't stay here again Positive: The views on the balcony Negative: The aircons need to be upgraded a lot of lights didn't work in the property There were ants in and out on the balcony There was no bbq on balcony but stated there was one The kitchen utensils needs to be looked at as there is a mix and match of everything not enough plates and or butter knife's The pool and gym facilities where filthy and the common areas the lift etc all needs to be attended to as it didn't look like that on the photos advertised.

Positive: Everything, clean apartment great view of Darwin, Negative: There was nothing to dislike

A group of us were there for a conference. We also did a lot of tourist spots. Great place to visi Negative: There was only one scan button for lift.

We enjoyed our stay at Zen pinnacle penthouse as it catered for a larger group of people, it had great views, it was clo Positive: Great views, large space, walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops and bars. Negative: When a number of guests stay, it would be useful to provide a couple of sets of keys.

Negative: When there is a cleaning charge of $398 and the bathroom still has hair in it from previous people, the toilet floor still had dirt, we had to reclean the cutlery, bench’s furniture skirting and tables had dust so has to wipe before. Cleaning wasn’t great at all.
