Oceanfront Marvel: Harbour View ~ Pool ~ Parking

Good location Positive: The instructions to collect the keys were clear The location was excellent The living space was clean Milk, tea and coffee + basics for cooking were appreciated Negative: The bed was extremely uncomfortable -- after the first night, we stripped the bed and added the spare doona under the bottom sheet for extra padding The bathroom was not clean -- please check the grout on the floor of the bathroom and the shower -- it needs a deep clean The clothes rack needs to be replaced and brought inside as it is too rusty to use The cockroaches! They came out at night in the kitchen in droves -- very disconcerting The towels were poor quality and for a four-night stay, we should have had two sets -- also there is not enough hanging space in the bathroom for 2 towels, a hand towel and a bath mat -- we had to hang the towels over hangers in the other room I rec'd more emails about this stay than any stay I've had in the past 5 years -- and I travelled all of 2024. Too many emails. I was not informed ahead of time when I would be charged for the accommodation (surprise!) and both times I had to ask for a receipt

great location, not up to executive std as advertised though Positive: location, layout, access to city, restaurants, pools, shops Negative: old dated noisy fans, could do with a coat of paint, light globes (2) not working, no pre clean done suitable stains on sofa couch & couch has lost firmness bed uncomfortable blocked drains in sink & shower leak in wall below sink leak in shower head, needed a washer initial clean not up to std some furniture doors not in alignment now & difficult to close stay of 27 nights, had to ask & arrange change of towels, linen etc, was done after midway of stay

Great location, nice views, restaurants and bars all around the waterfront. Easy walk to CBD. Positive: Great location with nice views over the harbor. Restaurants and bars all around the waterfront. Easy 10 minute walk to the CBD.
